Conductor

Adrian Goss is Director of the highly versatile 15 member Chamber Choir Quorum, and was appointed in 2006. This versatile choir performs a vast range a capella repertoire, the Choir being equally at home in renaissance and baroque polyphony, madrigals as well as lighter and contemporary repertoire. Quorum performs in many churches, cathedrals and other venues in the south east of England, including St Martins-in-the- Fields, Arundel & Southwark Cathedrals in the UK, and Chartres & Laon Cathedrals in France.

Adrian has also been, since 2006,  Director of Music at the major parish church of St Swithun's, East Grinstead working with a small but highly successful choir in music of all periods in up to six parts performing music on a weekly basis. He also directs the Festival Choir of 40 singers and Orchestra in concert works over the course of the year.

As guest conductor he directs residencies at English cathedrals for many choirs including those from overseas. Adrian Goss is a member of the Association of British Choral Directors (ABCD). 

He is also a freelance orchestral conductor working with both professional and semi professional orchestras for special events.

For six years he was also Head of County Groups and Ensembles for Kent, the latter having an enviable national reputation. Conducting both Symphony Orchestras including the Kent School's Orchestra (KSO) the Kent Music Summer School (KMSS) and the Kent Youth Wind Orchestra (KYWO), he was, for nine years was Director and Conductor of the Kent Music Academy which included concert work and radio broadcasts both in the UK and Internationally and performances for opera companies and arts festivals.

He has directed many residential Orchestral and Chamber Music Courses for able and talented musicians and also day courses for those less experienced younger players.
